The Services We Offer The method we apply in our approach to construction techniques, vary from the conventional only in terms of the costing of the Project. It is particularly suited to the Client in absentia, although it does not exclude local clients. We insist on delivering high quality finishes and this involves a hands-on approach to all the elements of conventional construction. The degree of accuracy specified by Designers, Architects and/or Engineers, is comfortably attained with our trained and experienced local craftsmen and labour. Civil designs and specifications for finishes can be handled in-house, but we always involve our Clients in final choices and decisions. For specialized mechanical and electrical installations, we research the prescribed product, scrutinize shop drawings and supervise the installations.
